Billing questions
Is there a per-assignment fee?
No. Unlimited assignments on every plan. Volume based pricing punishes you exactly when the season is going well, which is the wrong time to be thinking about your software bill.
Do interpreters need a paid seat?
Never. Interpreters accept work, view their schedule and submit timesheets at no cost, on every plan. Charging the scarce side of a two sided market is how platforms lose interpreters.
What counts as a coordinator?
Anyone who creates or assigns work. Interpreters, clients using the portal, and read only finance staff do not consume a seat.
Can I change plan mid month?
Yes, up or down, prorated. Agencies here are seasonal and the software should follow the season rather than fight it.
Which currencies do you bill in?
USD, EUR and GBP, charged through a merchant of record so local tax is handled for you.
