Terms of service

The practical rules for using Cabine, keeping control of your data and managing a subscription.

These terms govern the use of Cabine by the agency or person creating an account. By creating an account or using Cabine, you agree to them.

The service

Cabine provides scheduling, dispatch, operational and billing tools for conference interpreting agencies. Cabine is a tool, not a party to an agency's contracts with its clients, interpreters, venues or suppliers. Agencies remain responsible for their own quotes, staffing decisions, invoices, payments and compliance obligations.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information and keep coordinator credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your agency account and for ensuring that every coordinator has authority to use Cabine. Do not use Cabine to store unlawful content or to interfere with the service or another agency's access.

Your data

You retain ownership of the operational data you enter. You give Cabine permission to process it only to provide, secure and improve the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to enter client and interpreter information and for the accuracy of the records you use to invoice or pay others.

Trials, plans and payment

Cabine may offer a free trial. Paid subscriptions, when available, are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Prices, billing interval and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Your subscription continues until cancelled in the product or through the payment method provided at checkout.

Cancellation and data export

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not normally refund amounts already paid. Your agency can export its records, including after cancellation, subject to the retention limits described in the privacy policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Cabine available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every calculation will fit every contract or jurisdiction. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary, including for security, maintenance or legal reasons.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cabine is provided as available and Cabine's total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount your agency paid for Cabine in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a new version here. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. For account questions, use the support channel in Cabine.

Effective date: 20 August 2026.
