Refund policy

Clear terms for trial access, first paid subscriptions, cancellation and billing errors.

This policy applies to paid Cabine subscriptions processed by Paddle as merchant of record.

Free trial

If a free trial is offered, no subscription charge is taken during the trial. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first paid renewal.

First paid subscription

If Cabine does not work as described for your agency, you may request a refund of your first paid subscription charge within 14 days of that charge. We will review the request promptly. This is intended for a genuine problem with the service, not for normal use of the service followed by cancellation.

Renewals and cancellation

Subscription fees renew at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals. Fees already paid for a renewal period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where Cabine has made a billing error.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error or charged more than agreed at checkout, report it through the support channel in Cabine as soon as possible. We will investigate and arrange a correction or refund when appropriate.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned through Paddle to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment method and bank. This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Effective date: 20 August 2026.
